When you are making what is likely to be the most important investment in your lifetime, you want to be sure about everything, from the schools your children attend to the security of the community. At the center of this is the home in which you reside.
At Andy’s Home Inspection, we take 2-3 hours to thoroughly inspect each aspect of your home. We prefer to walk through with potential buyers in order to help them better understand what is normal wear based on the age of a home. We consult buyers on how to identify potential issues, and maintain a regular preventative maintenance schedule. This helps prevent future damage, and preserve the quality and value of their home.
Approximately 100 photos will be taken and included as part of a comprehensive inspection report. Comments regarding the condition and suggested remedies for each item within each inspected facet provide the detail necessary for all parties involved.
Most importantly, you will be able to rest assured and confident in your decision to invest in your home.
